摘要

The use of ecologically clean metalhydride power and heat pump plants utilizing heat from natural sources, is considered as a prospective trend in hydrogen energetics. The factors influencing the efficiency of operation of metalhydride devices of power and cooling plants are revealed, of which heat regeneration in a thermochemical cycle is shown to be the major factor. Methods of and devices for regeneration of heat accumulated in metalhydride elements are proposed and their efficiency is demonstrated.
