In the paper "Frictional and transport properties of the Chelungpu fault from shallow borehole data and their correlation with seismic behavior during the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake" by Wataru Tanikawa and Toshihiko Shimamoto (Journal of Geophysical Research, 114, B01402, doi:10.1029/2008JB005750, 2009), there were two errors.
