摘要

Novel pyrazolopyrimidines derivatives were synthesized regioselectivly in one-pot threecomponent approach by Fe~(+3)-montmorillonite catalyzed condensation of 3-amino-5-methyl pyrazole, arylaldehydes, and dimethylmalonate in THF under ultrasonic irradiations and conventional conditions. This rapid method produced the products in short reaction times and good yields.
