Wintertime Seismograph Set-up Blues

I remember a big problem with a seismograph in the winter two years ago.In response to a citizen's complaint I placed a transducer near the corner of a two-story home.It was a pretty nice day for the winter months,the people were pleasant,and I had no problems digging a hole to place the transducer.
