Perspectives and challenges in financing the new Common Agricultural Policy, a new paradigm.

Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) represents, in our days, one of the most important European policies, with a great impact not only for the rural communities but also for its direct influence on the EU budget. During the years, CAP become a major instrument in promoting the green development of agricultural areas, and for more than fifty years represents the future of the EU rural communities and shapes the agricultural future. This study makes an analysis regarding the financing process of CAP expenditures and their impact in shaping the EU agriculture, in the global context of understanding the mechanism of new reforms implemented. In this context it is more than necessary to analyze the influences of reconsidering the financial perspectives in building the new CAP philosophy for 2014-2020.
