摘要

The mean activity coefficients of KCI were determined in glycerol-water mixed solvents, in the range of (0, 10,20, 30, and 40)% of glycerol, from the electromotive force (EMF) data at (298.2, 303.2, and 3102) K. The Pitzer equations were used to describe non-ideal behavior of the electrolyte, and the corresponding activity and osmotic coefficients were determined. Moreover, Pitzer parameters, the excess Gibbs free energy and solvent activity of KCI-glycerol-water system were calculated. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
