INK can be used for marking on a variety of surfaces. PIC has developed special coding inks for marking or printing Batch No, Mfg date, expiry date, and other statutory information on porous (absorbent) and non-porous surfaces and majority of packing material such as metal, glass, plastics, polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, LOPE, cellophane, aluminium foil, polyester and paper, etc. Also available from the company are: Anti-freeze coding ink, useful wherever coding is to be done on ice-cream/butter/milk/ ghee and other packing (the ink is resistant to temperature as low as -20°C. and work on porous and non-porous surfaces): HDPE Woven Sack Ink: Blister Pack Ink, specially developed for pharma ceutical application: Metal Marking Ink: Instamark Ink, a metal etching ink that works on etching principle and marks permanent acid, alkali, heat and solvent resistant marks on MS, brass, copper, zinc, tin & their alloys and Ink Aid, used to erase wrong markings, etc.
