摘要

In this study,attempt has been made to develop correlations to predict permeate flux and rejection in ultrafiltration using dimensional analysis.Rayleigh's method has been used for this purpose and the dimensionless groups obtained are' correlated with the help of experimental data by non-linear regression employing Levenberg and Marquardt technique.The computed results are found to be in good agreement with the experimental data on ultrafiltration of PEG-6000 by cellulose acetate membrane,the average deviation being within +-7%.
