摘要

A new alpha-Keggin unit-supported transition metal complex [Co(2,2'-bipy)_3]_(1.5)[SiW_(12)O_(40)Co(2,2'-bipy)_2-(H_2O)].0.5H_2O has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, showing that [Co(2,2'-bipy)_2(H_2O)]~(2+) units are covalently bonded to the alpha-Keggin cluster [SiW~VW~(VI) _(11)O_(50)]~(5-). Intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions and short O...O contacts force the structure into an interesting one-dimensional supramolecular array. Crystals are monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 46.676(9), b= 14.348(3), c = 26.010(5) A, beta = 90.33(3) deg, V = 17419(6)A~3, Z= 8.
