Contributions to the existence of balanced arrays of strength six

In this paper we derive some inequalities on the existence of balanced arrays (B-arrays) of strength six and with two levels by using some results from Statistics involving central moments. We discuss the use of these results in obtaining an upper bound on the number of constraints for these B-arrays, and give illustrative examples.
