Demand for CIS hot-formed seamless pipes is still flat in most of foreign markets. Only in the USA consumption of CIS pipes stays stable. Like before, European buyers purchase small parcels of the material as they receive orders from end consumers, while Middle Eastern traders make almost no bookings in view of sufficient stocks.
