There are rare scrap contracts in Turkey. A number of US and EU suppliers have been offering their material in the last days of November, but few achieve contracts, Metal Expert hears. With finished product market being still dull, Turkish companies are not ready to pay $400/t C&F Turkey and more for US HMS 1&2 (80:20), while to most exporters in the US East Coast $400/t C&F is the lowest acceptable level.
