Aggressive policy of Chinese sellers depresses positions of South Korean HRC exporters

South Korean HRC exporters are still conducting trade amid weak demand from regional customers. Thus, taking into account aggressive downward policy of Chinese sellers and cheaper import scrap (down $8-10/t in two weeks), they have had to reduce their tags to foreign markets again by $10-30/t in a fortnight.
