Negotiations in Turkey's scrap market are dragging on in the last week of November. Importers are interested in high-quality US material, yet they are limiting purchases in view of further decrease in export rebar prices amid stabilized quotations of US steel scrap. US suppliers hold offers firm, pointing that they have made enough reductions recently. Besides, quotations in the US domestic market remain unchanged and are not expected to drop lower.
