Export prices for Chinese plate stop decreasing for short while, domestic ones continue falling

Export prices for Chinese plate are relatively stable this week as producers intend to hold them firm until the holidays (October 1-7). In general, export offers have remained within $480-500/t FOB. What is more remarkable is that stockists’ domestic prices have dropped by $7 (RMB 47/t) on average over the week, exchange rate fluctuations included.
