Domestic prices for Chinese welded pipes decline, export ones stable

The situation in the Chinese welded pipe market is getting worse. Local traders are in no hurry to raise purchases referring to the seasonal decline in end users' activity. In particular, construction is slowing down in the northern provinces of China. Distributors from the south are also in a wait-and-see position given the risks of a possible decline in welded pipe quotations in mid-December on falling feedstock tags.
