Australia’s Atlas Iron raises iron ore production and shipments in Q4

In the fourth quarter, Australia’s Atlas Iron raised iron ore production and shipments to 1.74 mt (up 6% from Q3) and 1.75 mt (up 10%), respectively. Iron ore output grew by 30% to 2 mt. The material is produced at Pardoo and Wodgina assets with a 6 mtpy total designed capacity. In October-December, Pardoo mined 374,000 t of iron ore (up 7%) and Wodgina – 1.39 mt (up 6%).
