摘要

The adhesion behavior of blends of polybutadiene (PB0 and tackifiers was investgated.The peel strength was foudn to be singificantly dependent on blend composition,and maximum strength behavior was observed for all blend systems.Teh tack mechanisms were proposed to explain theobserved adhesion behavior.The positon of the glass transition temperature is related to where the highest tack appears for the miscible blend;for the partially miscible blend the dispersed pahase plays an important role in detrmining themaximum adheson,and the critical size of th edispersed phase and the T_g of the tackifier phase together detemrine what concentraton of tackifier gives the maximum tack.For the immiscible blends,the maximum adhesion is controlled by both the surface glass transition temperature and the criticla diameter of the domains of the tackifier phase.
