摘要

Diffusion-based binary molecular communication is considered as a new communication paradigm which is one of the most promising communication technology. In this paper, we make analysis of the channel capacity of molecular communication model based on molecule diffusion. The mathematical expressions of optimal decision threshold are first derived by considering the inter-symbol interference (ISI) and the channel transmission probability. Then we get the expressions of mutual information. On this basis, the optimal channel transmission probability is developed to maximize the mutual information. Our numerical results demonstrate that the channel capacity can be maximized by controlling over the proposed optimal channel transmission probability.
