摘要

PEG modified-PLLA was prepared by bulk ring opening polymerization of lactides by means of tin catalyst and PEG as co-initiator. Chloroform solutions of these polymers were electrospun at applied voltages of 5 e 15 kV (tip to ground) and distance needle-collector of 5 cm by using a rotatory drum collector to produce microfibrillar tubular structures. Electroscpun fibrillar conduits with 1.6 mm of internal diameter with walls made of 4.1 ± 1.7 μm diameter fibers were produced from the polymer modified with PEG4000. When another polymer containing PEG400 was also electrospun, the formed conduits presented fibrillar walls with 3.2 ±0.8 μm diameter fibers.
