The restoration industry is fortunate to have many individuals who are passionate about providing their clients with exceptional service. This month, we talk to Samuel Bergman, CR, CEO of Rolyn Companies and the 2012 President of the RIA.As first responders, we truly have the opportunity to make a difference. Our firm has been in this business for over 30 years and I never cease to be amazed about the different challenges that we face as restoration responders. I love the challenge.Probably the most significant changes I have seen in our industry involve the continuing education, technology training and the setting of ethical standards. It's great that the RIA is the tip of the arrow and keeping its members up to speed on all the changes. I believe these tools have, and will continue to, set our membership apart and at the top of the cleaning and restoration industry.
