Wearing a new uniform and armed with a brand new washer, you drive up to the job site in your new truck. You're ready to impress the customer. As the customer looks over your shoulder, you fire up the equipment, and it hums like a finely tuned race car. You pick up your brand new gun, grab hold of the lance and brace yourself, the anxiety building. The customer is primed for a great first impression. You pull back on the trigger and out shoots a split solid stream spray that doesn't land anywhere near your intended target. What results is a streak on the work surface, some back splatter and a poor first impression. Sound familiar?
