摘要

This research provides a useful analytical method for deriving the command to line of sight (CLOS) trajectory against the reentry target. The character of this scenario is that on collision course, the defensive missile is required to intercept the target head on at very high closing velocities. The development of modified CLOS control skills are still presence of state-of-art, this paper is assuming that the analytic solution is under an ideal case that missile is always on LOS. This paper compares with the analytical method of Shoucri and develops two useful analytical solutions that can easily describe an interception trajectory against the very high relative speed and maneuvering target. This paper was also demonstrated using a computer simulation, showing excellent consistency in collision.
