摘要

This article deals with the clinching and hot-melt adhesive bonding of thermoplastic-metal mixed joints. Specimens made of the PA6-GF15 plastic and the DC04 steel were joined not only with the single methods but also in the combination of methods and their mechanical attributes were investigated afterwards by means of peel and tensile shear tests. It is demonstrated that a suitable combination of both joining methods can achieve an increase in strength compared to the single methods.
