摘要

The mechanical and structural states of platinum electrolytic deposits were characterized by means of X ray diffraction as a function of many parameters like nature and surface state of the substrate, current density, platinum concentration, pH and agitation of the electrolyte. The systematic study of the factors influence would imply a prohibitive number of combinatory experiments, whereas the methodology of Taguchi experiment plans allows a definition of each factor role and of optimal conditions for deposits elaboration with a very low number of experiments.
