摘要

Satellite remote sensing data is a useful information source as it enables the detection of land surface conditions anywhere in the world without conducting field investigations. Additionally, it allows the examination of temporal changes* in land conditions up to the present using archived data. In recent years, physical factors that characterize locational agricultural conditions such as topography, soil, and meteorological elements have been processed and converted into geo-referenced informationin various scales, from local to global. This automated system of capturing and interpreting spatial and temporal data, among others, is called Geographic Information System (GIS), and this technology has become a key element in visualizing and analyzingJIRCAS research projects.
