Central glass to form automotive glass alliance with saint-gobain

Central Glass announced on April 23 that it will form an alliance with French company Saint - Gobain for automotive glass. The first phase of the alliance is to promote mutual cooperation, such as joint marketing targeting Japanese car makers, and cross-licensing in product and technology development. The two companies have agreed to examine the establishment of a sales joint venture after a year of such cooperation.
