Since the company's privatisation 10 years ago, FAM has gained experience in all known stockyards, materials handling technologies and machines. These include reclaiming equipment such as chain scrapers designed as portal, semi-portal, side and bridge-type scrapers with reclaiming (nominal) capacities of 40 - 2000 tph, and bucket wheel reclaimers of the conventional boom-type, mounted on rails or crawlers, designed as combined stacker/reclaimer equipment and bridge-type equipment. With regard to shiploaders, its experience includes all types of construction (A-mast, L-mast and the 'quadrant-type') designed as stationary and mobile shiploaders with capacities of up to 5500 tph. This field of business has been completed by grab unloaders as double-link level luffing cranes or as gantries.
