Screw compressors used in industrial and commercial air conditioners are mostly semi-hermetic, with nominal power ranging from 30 to 390 hp, and applicable refrigerants include R22, R407C, and R134a. Slide valve control, including four-stage and stepless control, is mostly used for capacity control. Bypass control such as three-stage or two-stage refrigeration capacity control is also used. The built-in economizer interface can directly connect to an economizer to achieve higher energy efficiency ratio. A liquid spray and external oil cooler may also be added to the compressor to achieve wider application range at high exhaust temperature. By selecting different internal volume ratio (volume index: Vi) and adding internal Vi regulator, the compressor will have the Vi-shift function during operation.
