Scirtidae of the Oriental Region, Part 7. A New Species of the Genus Sacodes (Coleoptera, Scirtidae) from Taiwan

Sacodes leei sp. nov., a new species of Scirtidae is described from Taiwan with figures and a key to three Taiwanese species Additional materials of the previously known species are also recorded. Two species of the genus Sacodes have been known fromTaiwan (YOSHITOMI and SAT6, 1996; YOSHITOMI, 2000), and an additional new species is described from the island in the present paper. The abbreviations for measurement used in the present paper are as follows: PL-length of pronotum; PW-width of pronotum;EL-length of elytra; EW-width of elytra; TL-total length (PL plus EL).
