The technique of torsion oscillations is used to study properties of various classes of liquids, such as molten metals and salts, mixtures of simple liquids during phase separation under shear, gases at high and low pressures, water and aqueous solutions, organic liquids, colloidal crystals, etc. (see, for example, [1-4]). Below, we consider the interior hydrodynamic problem of the motion of a cylinder filled by a liquid under investigation.
