摘要

Publications related to the flutter phenomenon are devoted preferably to solving two problems: study of reasons causing the appearance of flutter with an increase in the number of revolutions of the turbo-com_pressor rotor and the search for methods to neutralize the flutter. In this paper, we investigate the interrelation between the vibration-synchronization process and the blade-flutter self-evolution for axial and centrifugal turbo-compressors as examples. We allow for the con sequences of the frequency synchronization for both all and a part of the rotor blades.
