摘要

The changing face of the construction industry and more stringent EPA engine exhaust emissions regulations have combined to create a greater need for efficiency in the operation of mobile equipment. With an eye toward that goal, Parker Hannifin assisted John Deere with a significant redesign of the main control valve used in the 444, 544 and 624 J series wheel loaders. Desiring better implement control, John Deere presented Parker's Mobile Hydraulics team with the challenge of improving the pressure compensated load sensing (PCLS) main control valve. Deere was one of the first in the industry to use the PCLS system with a post-compensated valve.
