SEPA puts forward treatment to Dongfang Gold-Lead

The State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) put-forward its opinions on October 18 to Henan-based Jiaozuo Dongfang Gold-Lead Co.5 Ltd.'s pollution case. According to the spokesman of SEPA, Dongfang Gold-Lead violated The Environment Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China in terms of starting lead production without getting the approval from related environmental protection departments.
