Energie Saguenay files for Quebec export

The Energie Saguenay export project, proposed by LNG Quebec Inc., announced it has filed with the National Energy Board (NEB) to begin its regulatory approval process to export 11 mtpa of LNG. According to the projects website, it is projected to cost about CA$7 billion (US$6.2 billion), and the project will have two or three trains. If constructed, the project would be Quebec's first.
