GasLog Ltd. acquires two LNG carriers

GasLog Ltd. announced it acquired two LNG carriers, the Methane BeckiAnne and Methane Julia Louise, from an affiliate of BG Group for charter periods of nine and 11 years, respectively. Each charter includes an option to increase the charter by three or five years. The total cost of the two ships is $460 million.
