Japan plans to offer US$11 billion in loan guarantees for U.S. LNG export projects, Japan Times reported. The country aims to secure cheaper supplies of LNG. "Reducing fuel costs is a pressing issue for our country's economy," said Industry Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.
