Dear Client: In this issue, we learn that Petronas is advancing its plans for the world's second floating liquefaction vessel to follow Shell s Prelude project. Petronas' proposed US$3.3 billion floating terminal ofFBintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia will produce an estimated 1.2 million tonnes of LNG per annum, as an extension to the existing eight-train Bintulu complex onshore.
