Gail secures LNG terminal capacity at Dahej plant

India's Petronet LNG has allowed gas firm GAIL to use annually 2.5 mtpa of capacity at Petronet LNG's Dahej LNG import terminal in western India, Reuters reported. GAIL has recently signed a 20-year deal with Gazprom to buy 2.5 mtpa of LNG, however GAIL does not own an LNG terminal. Petronet operates the 10 mtpa LNG terminal at Dahej, which it plans to expand to 15 mtpa a year in 2015.
