Shandong Weiqiao commissions new alumina production lines

Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum Co., Ltd has recently put its No.2, No.3 and No.4 newly-built production lines of alumina each with capacity of 400,000tpy(combined capacity of 1.2 million tpy) into trial production, sources from the company said. The commissioning date of the three alumina production lines is ahead of schedule. It is expected that the three alumina production lines will ramp up to full capacity in October this year, which is also earlier than expected.
