Beginning in August, six to seven cargos destined for CNOOC's Fujian terminal may be delayed by as much as a half week, a source told ICIS. "The delays do not have much effect on our market yet, but if the delays were to lengthen to seven days, we may be pushed into the spot market for additional cargos," the CNOOC source added.
