Fordyce's.angiokeratomas are generally asymptomatic cutaneous vascular lesions and often present as scaly dark red to blue papules on the scrotum. His-tologically, they are characterized by numerous ectatic and congested vessels in the superficial dermis with epidermal hyperkeratosis. Patients request treatment if the lesions cause cosmetic annoyance or inconvenient symptoms such as itching or bleeding.
