Marine Transportation Included In Draft Terms Of Reference For Northern Gateway Review

The Joint Review Panel for Enbridge Inc.'s proposed Northern Gateway project will consider the potential environmental effects and public comments related to the marine transportation within Canadian waters of the oil and condensate associated with the project.The draft agreement is the first step in the environmental review process for the proposed project that would transport Alberta oilsands production to Kitimat, British Columbia for shipment to Asian or California markets and move imported condensate from Kitimat back to Edmonton in an adjacent pipeline.
