Shelton Completes Private Placement

Shelton Canada Corp. has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange for a brokered private placement of 11.40 million common shares at a price of 13 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $1.48 million. In connection with the brokered financing, Shelton issued 912,000 common shares at a deemed price of 13 cents per common share to Alpcot capital Management.
