Ritchie Brothers To Sell EnQuest Non-Core Assets At Auction

EnQuest Energy Services Corp. has signed a contract with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (Canada) Ltd. to dispose of certain non-core assets at a Grande Prairie, Alberta auction Sept. 21 and 22. The board is continuing to review its strategic alternatives for optimizing shareholder value with the objective to reduce corporate debt and focus its resources on areas of oil and gas activity in the United States.
