Sabretooth Energy Ltd. has signed a definitive agreement which provides for a $9.44 million private placement, the appointment of a new management team and board of directors and the acquisition of a private oil and gas company owned by certain members of the Cequence Energy Ltd. team. The Cequence team is primarily comprised of individuals who were formerly with a succession of highly successful public energy companies including Cyries Energy Inc., Cequel Energy Inc. and Cypress Energy Inc.
