Detection solution for improved plant safety

摘要

Ultrasonic gas leak technology is being installed as an integrated part of safety systems in LNG facilities and for both onshore and offshore gas processing plants.The Gas-sonic MM0100 gas leak detector is claimed to instantly detect hydrocarbon gas leaks as small as 0.1 kg/sec at distances up to 10 meters from the leak source.Ambient conditions,such as changing wind direction or fast dilution of the gas cloud,do not affect the MM0100.It also cannot be saturated by high gas concentrations.
