Innovative On-Board Riser Management Tool Designed to Meet the Challenges of Deepwater,Harsh Environment Operations

摘要

This paper describes an on-board riser management tool that has been designed to fulfil these requirements.The on-board riser operations management and planning tool was developed originally for planning simultaneous operations involving the drilling riser and the installation of subsea equipment(such as trees,manifolds,PLETS etc.).The tool has been continuously developed to include other aspects of riser operations planning(such as deployment/retrieval,disconnect etc.).
