摘要

David Miliband sees it as a "lifestyle choice", scientists are still unable to conclusively prove that it's healthier and only a small percentage of farmers have committed to it. But the fact is that more and more consumers want to buy organic produce. Supermarkets, restaurants and box schemes are all crying out for organic vegetables, fruit and salad crops, but despite customer demand there is an alarming shortage of UK-grown organic produce.
