Methods of eliminating emission of pollutants to work environment during welding processes of steel structures

The most effective way of welding fume elimination from Workstation is to remove it directly from its generation area. For that purpose, exhaust arms, fans integrated with welding torch or special tables with suction option are used. Application of these solutions prevents from fume propagation beyond the welding Workstation and protects workers from inhalation of harmful contamination. The article presents ven-tilation system in welding shop. The selection of ventilation devices for welding workstations was also discussed.
